Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wakiroo, an AI-powered content, scheduling and comment-reply service for Threads and Facebook, operated under the Wakiroo brand. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Wakiroo helps you create content, schedule posts, research trends and manage comment replies for your Threads and Facebook accounts, using licensed AdFlow partner infrastructure and AI generation. Publishing and reply sending are performed through the official APIs of AdFlow — no scraping and no browser automation is used.

AI reply drafts are human-in-loop: no reply is sent automatically — a draft is a suggestion that you review, edit and approve before it goes out. (Scheduled posts are published automatically at the time you set, which is itself the action you approved when scheduling.)

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One person — one account. Accounts may not be shared, and credentials may not be transferred without our consent.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that appear compromised.

4. Connected accounts

You may connect Threads profiles and Facebook Pages that you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting an account you:

• Confirm you have the authority to connect it and to post, schedule and reply on its behalf.
• Authorise Wakiroo to publish content and send replies you approve through the connected account.
• Agree to comply with the terms and policies of Meta, Threads and Facebook, and of AdFlow, which govern the connected accounts.

You are solely responsible for the content posted through your connected accounts, even when that content was drafted with the help of AI.

5. Beta status

Wakiroo is currently in beta. During beta the service is free to use, and invited testers receive a free 30-day plan. Features, limits and pricing may change as we learn from real usage. The service is provided "as is" during beta (see Section 11) and no service-level guarantee is offered.

6. Payments and renewal

• Paid plans (currently Starter and Pro, in MYR) are billed through BayarCash using FPX or e-wallets.
• Renewal is manual — we never auto-charge you. Each successful payment adds 30 days to your plan.
• Renewing before expiry extends your plan from its current expiry date, so early renewals stack days.
• If a plan lapses, your data and drafts are retained and the plan can be renewed at any time.
• Published prices may be revised; the price in effect at checkout applies to that payment.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send spam, scams, misleading or illegal content, or content that violates Malaysian law.
• Harass, defame or deceive others, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Violate the terms or policies of Meta, Threads, Facebook, AdFlow or any other provider.
• Attempt to access the service by unauthorised means, probe its security, or interfere with its operation.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

8. AI-generated content

AI drafts are suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing AI output for accuracy, tone and safety before publishing or sending it. Do not feed the service sensitive personal data (identity card numbers, financial details, health information). We are not liable for content generated by AI that you choose to publish.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service. The Wakiroo software, branding and design remain our property (or our licensors'), and you may not copy or reverse-engineer them.

10. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including AdFlow (publishing and webhooks), kie.ai (AI generation), Tavily (trend research) and BayarCash (payments). Their own terms and policies apply to your use of those services, and we are not responsible for their actions, outages, or changes to their APIs.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will remain compatible with Threads or Facebook, whose APIs may change. Publishing and sending depend on third-party platforms outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wakiroo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, for conduct that threatens the service or other users, or as required by law. On termination, we will delete or anonymise your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is legally required.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
